Mini-Raptor Party
Perfect for first-time skaters!

Capital Ice Arena – Birthday Party Policies
To keep your celebration safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone:
🧁 Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food or beverages (including pizzas, cakes, or drinks) are not permitted in the facility.
Exceptions may be made for those with dietary restrictions — please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.
All party food and drinks must be enjoyed during your reserved party room time. Any leftovers must be disposed of or taken with you when your reservation ends.
🎁 Decorations & Cleanup
You’re welcome to bring gifts and party favors, but they may not be stored in the facility after your party room time ends.
Please help us keep things clean: All party rooms must be returned to their original condition. A $50 cleaning fee will be applied to rooms left in disarray.
For safety and cleanliness, glitter, piñatas, and confetti are not permitted.
💳 Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled party time.
🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Need to cancel? Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to either reschedule or receive a refund minus a $50 booking cancellation fee.
Parties may be rescheduled once within 60 days of the original booking date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
